Dr. Rajeev Mahajan

Rajeev Mahajan, DMD

Dr. Mahajan completed his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Johns Hopkins University focused on biology and epidemiology. During his time there he was on the track and field team and was once a provisional qualifier for the Division 3 NCAA National Championship in the high jump.

Spending a few years as a public health researcher, Dr. Mahajan has authored a number of articles in scientific journals. Returning to further his education, Dr. Mahajan earned his DMD degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and completed his General Practice Residency at the Ohio State University School of Dentistry. He worked as a general dentist for a few years before returning to University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry to complete his post-doctoral training in Endodontics and earning his Endodontics Specialty Certificate.

In his free time Dr. Mahajan enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exploring local parks, appreciating the food scene, and giving back by volunteering his services.
