Leadership Team

Dr. Adam Feuer

Dr. Adam Feuer grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh and received his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and philosophy from Rochester Institute of Technology. He then attended Ohio State University where he was working towards a PhD in gene therapy and virology before deciding to change career paths. It was then that he returned to Pittsburgh and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dentistry. After working as a general dentist, his passion for endodontics led him to return to the University of Pittsburgh where he completed an intensive two year residency. Upon receiving his Specialty Certification in Endodontics, he worked for several years as an endodontist in the Pittsburgh area before deciding to open up Three Rivers Endodontics in Moon Township. Additionally, he holds a part-time faculty position at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in the Department of Endodontics, supervising dental students and residents.

Dr. Feuer currently maintains membership in multiple professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Western Pennsylvania Dental Society and American Association of Endodontics. Dr. Feuer enjoys hiking, skiing and biking. He lives in Upper St. Clair with his wife, Brittany, and his children, Charlie and Benjamin.

Barbara Feuer

Chief Financial Officer

Barbara joined Three Rivers Endodontics in 2017 after retiring from a successful career in bank marketing. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University at Albany and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. As CFO, Barbara oversees all financial operations and is a member of the executive team, ensuring the organization’s financial health and stability.

Barbara’s knowledge and understanding of dentistry is enriched by her personal connections; she is married to a dentist and two of her children are dentists. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.

David Chimento

Chief Operating Officer

David Chimento brings nearly 20 years of progressive leadership experience across hospital systems and private practice organizations, with a career defined by strategic growth, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to patient and employee satisfaction. His approachable leadership style and focus on culture have made him a trusted partner to clinicians and teams alike.

As COO of Three Rivers Endodontics, David leads with a people-first philosophy—fostering collaboration, accountability, and innovation across the organization’s expanding network. Since joining the leadership team in 2024, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the practice’s regional growth strategy, enhancing operational performance, and strengthening its reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care.

David holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE) through MGMA—recognizing his dedication to advancing the field of practice management.

Originally from Central Florida, David has called Pittsburgh home since 2018. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the city’s arts and dining scene with his Supper Club group and spending time with his Aussiedoodle, CC (short for Coffee Cake).

Chelsey Aversa

Chelsey graduated from Pittsburgh Technical College in 2014 with an associate’s degree in Science/Surgical Technology and began her journey in the dental field shortly after. She gained invaluable knowledge and experience working her first few years on the clinical side as a dental assistant before transitioning to an administrative role. After a few years working in scheduling, treatment plan coordinating, and accounts receivable, Chelsey then progressed into management. She has always loved collaborating and training with her team to ensure the practice delivers exceptional patient care and a memorable patient experience.

Outside of work Chelsey enjoys reading, kayaking, camping, and spending quality time with her family and rescue dog Vader.

Corporate Support Team

Marc Capozzoli

Hi, I’m Marc! I was born and raised in a small town outside of Philly called Coatesville. I obtained a BS in Interdisciplinary studies from West Chester University, and soon after moved to Pittsburgh to live with friends in 2023. Currently I am pursuing a master’s in accounting t go for my CPA once I finish my Master’s. Outside of Work I like to hang out with friends and my cat Bruce and rooting for the Eagles on game day.

Taylor Najanick, SHRM-CP

Hi, I’m Taylor Najanick, SHRM-CP, and I serve as the Human Resources Generalist here at Three Rivers Endodontics. I’m passionate about creating a positive, people-centered workplace and enjoy finding ways to make our processes more efficient and engaging. With my background in HR strategy, recruitment, compliance, and employee development, I love supporting our team so they can focus on what they do best – caring for patients.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me outdoors – fishing, kayaking, camping, or exploring somewhere new with my husband, Nick. Being in nature helps me recharge and bring fresh energy back into my work every day.

Billing & Insurance Team

Brooke

Brooke started with our office in June of 2018. She graduated with an Associate’s degree in Accounting/Administration with honors from the Bradford School in 2001. She has an extensive background in working in the medical and dental professions including endodontics, general dentistry and oral surgery. She has a deep understanding of insurance, treatment plans, patient care and is willing to help make an office run efficiently. Brooke is excited to be a part of our team.

Brooke is married and has 2 children. She loves spending time with her family and cooking anything Mexican or Italian.

Emily

Emily Van Dolah is originally from Southern California and moved here in 2010 to study at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School. She enjoys hiking, painting /sketching and loves staying active. She has a background in Orthopaedics and General and Cosmetic Dentistry. Emily is very excited to have joined the team at Three Rivers Endodontics.

Lori

Lori started with the practice in August of 2025. She started working in the endodontics field in 2013. After working in general dentistry for a few years, she returned to endo. She wants patients to understand their dental benefits and takes the time to thoroughly explain them. Lori is married, has one daughter, son-in-law, and grandson, who she says in the cutest kid ever. She has one dog and four cats currently. In her free time, she likes to travel, read, bake, and believes that timing is everything.
